Middle Class Dignity

Man in suit with pale, anxious face,
Takes one step ahead, half step behind,
Like the horse of Exodus,
Following the command to jump into Neil.
The clock on the wall,
Tick-tocks with infinite melody.
Forks crushes, spoon feeds,
And waiters cuts fancy foreign bills.
The man in the corner waits,
For the beautiful beloved.
Crushing his right heel on the marble floor,
And looks into his middle class wallet.
Mutters, I get to unshackle my often raped dignity,
But what happens after paying the bill?
Let see.
